On 15 June 2018, BR was placed under business rescue pursuant to the filing of a resolution in terms of Section 129(1) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) on 14 June 2018.
On 15 June 2018, John Dymoke Lightfoot and Siviwe Dongwana were appointed as the Joint Business Rescue Practitioners (“BRPs”) of BR in terms of Section 129(3)(b) of the Act.
CLAIM FORM
In order for the BRPs to ensure that your claim is captured correctly and reconciled to BR’s ledger, all affected persons are required to complete the online Claim Form, found below.
