About Greg
Greg joined Matuson in 2018.
Greg completed his articles and worked as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He then spent 6 years at Blackstar Group in finance and various private equity activities. This was followed by short term corporate transactional roles at Times Media Group and Afhco Holdings.
Prior to joining Matuson, Greg spent 4 years as the Chief Operating Officer of Sasfin Capital, responsible for the assessment and implementation of various transactions in both the private equity and property equity divisions.
Greg has over 15 years of experience in financial markets in South Africa, particularly in private investing and has worked on numerous transactions, including principal investments, disposals and leverage buyouts.
