In order for the business rescue practitioners to ensure that your claim is captured correctly and reconciled to WPL, WF and DC’s ledger, all affected persons are required to complete the online Claim Form, found below.

Please can you uploaded all necessary documents required in order to provide your claim, including where appropriate, statements of account, invoices, agreements, proof of delivery notes and proof of bank statements.

A manual claim form is available for those affected persons who experience difficulties submitting their claim form online.
